Rules for the collection, storage, processing and storage of personal data

1.4 Visitor - Alus.live navigator.
1.5 Account - The result of the Buyer's registration with Alus.live, which creates an account that stores his personal data and order history.
1.7 Alus.live Partner - Legal entity: 1) Selling goods or providing services to Alus.live, as well as a legal entity used for ordering Alus.live; 2) to conduct joint actions or projects Alus.live, on the web site of this legal entity, or in any media in which Alus.live and the share or project of this legal entity will be described.
1.8 Personal data - any information relating to a natural person, a data subject whose identity is known or may be directly or indirectly identified using such data as a personal identification number, one or more of them being physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social character.

2. General provisions
2.4 Alus.live follows the basic principles of personal data processing:

2.4.2 The processing of personal data is accurate and fair.

2.5 Alus.live Saves information (cookies) on the computer (device) of visitors.
2.5.1 Recorded information is used to identify Alus.live as a previous Alus.live Visitor to collect site traffic statistics.
2.5.2 The visitor can view the information (cookies) recorded by Alus.live and can delete the stored cookies.

3. Collection, processing and storage of personal data
3.1 Purchaser's personal data, the information contained in the Alus.live registration form, collected and processed for the following purposes:
3.1.1 to process the Buyer's goods orders;
3.1.2 issue invoices for VAT;
3.1.3 organize the presentation and delivery of goods;
3.1.4 fulfill other contractual obligations;
3.1.5 for direct marketing purposes.
3.2 Registration During the Alus.live, the Buyer must provide complete and correct personal data.
3.3 When handling and storing personal data of Buyers and Registered Users, Beer shall implement organizational and technical measures that ensure protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as any other unlawful processing.
3.4 Alus.live has the right to use data not directly related to the Buyer for statistical purposes, ie data on the purchased goods. Such statistical data shall be collected and processed in such a way as to prevent the disclosure of the identity of the Buyer or other personal data that would allow the identification of the person.
4. Modification / update and transfer of personal data to third parties
4.2 Buyer and other Registered Users have the right to change and / or update the information provided in the Account at any time.
5. Transmission of information or claims
5.1 The Purchaser or Registered User who has authorized the processing of their personal data is entitled to:
5.1.1 to require rectification, destruction of personal data or suspension, except for storage, of the processing of their personal data when the data are processed in violation of the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other laws;
5.1.2 disagree with the processing of his personal data.
